Operator and scope

StayInZakopane.ae is operated by CompCenter Marcin Swatek, ul. Przyjazna 52A, 22-100 Rudka, Poland, tax ID 5631964460, hello@stayinzakopane.ae. It is a directory and direct-contact channel, not a booking or traveller payment service.

Account and listing

An authorised representative creates the business account. The partner supplies accurate details, secures the account and keeps the listing current. The partner must hold rights to supplied text, photos and marks. Submission does not mean automatic publication: our team reviews the listing and prepares language versions. We may request corrections, refuse publication or suspend unlawful, inaccurate or outdated listings, explaining the reason to the partner.

Plan, price and payment

Plan scope, listing limit, term and price are shown before submission. Prices are net of VAT; applicable VAT and the gross amount appear in the summary and proforma. A plan lasts 12 months from activation. We do not charge or renew it automatically. Renewal requires a new plan request; price-list changes do not change an already paid period.

A PLN 0 promotional plan requires administrator approval. START20 is limited to the first 20 eligible businesses; the discount and amount due are displayed before submission. A paid plan receives a proforma. Listing access is enabled only after payment is received and manually confirmed. A proforma is a payment request, not a VAT invoice; the sales document is issued under applicable law after payment. Non-payment does not activate the plan. Contact us about a mistaken payment, cancellation or refund; we handle these under the contract and applicable law.

Publication and responsibility

The partner confirms availability, price and terms directly to travellers and is responsible for delivering the service. We do not guarantee enquiries, bookings or revenue. “Sponsored”, “Featured” and “Verified” have distinct meanings described on “How we rank listings” and are not quality guarantees. The partner grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, technically process, translate and show submitted materials on this site while the listing is published. Use outside this site requires a separate agreement.

Complaints and termination

Send complaints about the account, plan or site to hello@stayinzakopane.ae with the business details and an explanation. We respond without undue delay. The partner may request termination and listing removal; effects on a paid term are determined by the contract and applicable law. We may restrict an account after a serious breach of these terms or law and explain why. We notify partners by email in advance of material changes affecting ongoing cooperation; an already paid term's price or scope will not change without agreement.
