Data, purposes and legal bases

For partner accounts we process the account holder's details, company details, email address, optional phone number, password hash, listing information, plan and billing data. This is necessary to perform the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), meet accounting and tax duties (c), and protect the service and legal claims (f). Listing details intended for publication become public after review.

For enquiries we process name, email, optional WhatsApp number, dates, guest count and message. With your consent we forward these to the selected business so it can reply (Article 6(1)(a)). We may retain proof of handling on the basis of legitimate interests (f). Enquiries are deleted after 12 months.

We process technical connection data for security. Our own site statistics count events without a persistent visitor cookie; raw events are deleted after 90 days. The basis is our legitimate interest in security and understanding service use (Article 6(1)(f)). If configured, Google Analytics runs only with your analytics consent (a), which you can withdraw through “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Recipients, retention and transfers

Recipients may include hosting and email providers, technical and accounting providers, the selected business receiving your enquiry, and authorities where required by law. Enquiry protection may use Cloudflare Turnstile. If enabled with consent, Google may receive technical analytics data. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, in which case the safeguards required by the GDPR apply.

Account and listing data are kept during cooperation and afterwards as necessary for accounts, legal obligations and claims. Accounting documents are retained for the statutory period. Technical logs and backups are kept as necessary for security and recovery and then deleted under the provider's retention cycle.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction; where applicable, portability or objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact hello@stayinzakopane.ae. You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Required form data are necessary to create an account or send an enquiry. We do not make decisions with legal effects solely by automated means. We publish the current policy here and notify partners of material changes affecting their accounts.
